Michelle Jones


Michelle Jones has been a certified group exercise instructor and personal trainer since 1998. She left the corporate life to make health and fitness her career and it's the best choice she could of made. She worked for the Warren Family YMCA in Warren, Michigan before they closed their doors in April of 2009. Michelle was the Health and Fitness Coordinator, Group Exercise Instructor and headed the personal training department along with being one of the YMCA's Master Personal Trainers. She previously traveled and held trainings and certifications for fitness professionals as a Fitness Workshop Presenter/Master Trainer through Sassy Workshops. Michelle also certifies new and upcoming personal trainers through World Instructor Training Schools (W.I.T.S.).

Michelle is also a successful Emerald Beachbody Coach and has helped many clients reach their fitness goals. She continues to teach and personal train at her local gym, Powerhouse in Fraser, Michigan along with managing the group fitness department and instructors.

In 2008, Michelle was nominated for several categories but proved herself by taking first place out of 77 nominees in Best Kickboxing Instructor in Nation's Best Fitness Professionals for Exercise TV and Body by Jake.

In 2010 & 2011, Michelle took fifth place for Best Gym on the Detroit A-List for her fitness classes she holds through her business Michelle Jones - StayFit! 

Michelle holds certifications in AFAA Group Exercise, AFAA Step, AFAA KickBoxing, AFAA Personal Trainer, Turbo Kick, PIYO Live, Insanity Live, KickFit Kickboxing, Reebok Studio Cycling, Reebok Coreboard, Reebok Flexible Strength (Yoga), Principles of YMCA Health & Fitness, YMCA Foundations of Group Exercise, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, Fitour Group Cycling, Drums Alive and Prenatal Exercise. She has trained with some of the fitness industry's best instructors in New York City through ECA an international Association for Fitness Professionals.

Michelle has a passion for fitness and can't get enough. She has an in-depth knowledge of personal fitness and the ability to provide the most motivating support. She finds great joy in motivating people, keeping them fit through inspiration and music all while making it FUN!

Michelle loves to spend time with her husband traveling and four children who are involved in travel baseball and competition dance and she is a huge baseball fan, Disney fanatic and loves to get in her favorite cardio in, shopping!   


Mark Haraus

Hey everyone! My name is Mark Haraus and I am blessed to be a personal trainer/strength coach for Next Level Fitness Academy! Originally from Westchester Illinois, I went to Western Michigan University where I played collegiate soccer and received my bachelors of science in exercise science and a minor in biology. Towards the end of my soccer career, I started to take in interest in exercise and strength training. I became a certified personal trainer and the rest is history! I have now been training for 4 years, being able to train a wide variety of people with different goals and experience! In those 4 years, I have been blessed with the opportunity to be a strength coach for over 200 division one athletes, as well as train Justin Abdelkader of the Detroit Red Wings and Mark Wahlberg, just to name a few!

Adrienne Klemz

Adrienne Klemz, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, joined the Next Level Fitness Academy team in 2021 and brings with her a passion for helping others reach their fitness goals. She is certified with NASM as a Weight Loss and Behavior Change Specialist, and finds it exciting to watch people of all different backgrounds transform their bodies and mindsets into becoming stronger and more fit than they ever thought possible. Adrienne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Oakland University and her background allows her to build sustaining connections with others, most importantly, her fitness clients. When Adrienne is not training, she enjoys completing her own workouts, most specifically, walking lunges — her favorite exercise! She also enjoys outdoor walks, bicycling and sharing the kitchen with her boyfriend, cooking delicious, healthy meals!
