frequently asked
questions
Is my fitness and nutrition program created custom for me?
All programs are created and customized by nationally certified personal trainers and nutritionists. Each program is specifically designed for your body type, fitness and health goals, needs, and lifestyle, including adjustments for physical limitations, busy schedules and dietary restrictions.
I have limited workout equipment. Can I still get the same results at home? Do I need a gym membership?
Gym memberships are optional for your workout program. Home gyms or home-based workouts can be created for you based on the equipment you have access to and still allow you to achieve amazing results through our tailored programs. Countless Next Level Fitness Academy graduates have reached their health and fitness goals at home with a few resistance bands and dumbbells.
How often do my workouts change?
Your workouts will change approximately every 4-6 weeks based on your needs and response to the program. Please contact your trainer if you require an adjustment for a medically necessary change in your health.
I have an injury. Can I still get a custom workout plan created for me?
Absolutely. Our nationally certified personal trainers are qualified to make modifications to any fitness program based on your physical capabilities, limitations and/or restrictions.
How often do I check in with my trainer?
Coaching Zoom check-ins will vary based on your program level and may consist of weekly, bi-weekly or at the beginning or end of your program. If you feel as though you need additional accountability and more frequent check-ins, please contact your trainer for a program level assessment and adjustment. Next Level trainers will check in with you several times per week via Voxer regardless of your program level.
My situation and/or lifestyle has changed and I am no longer completing the program. Can I get a refund?
Your custom program is not eligible for a refund of any kind. There are no exceptions to this policy. Please refer to your contract for specific details regarding the no-refund policy.
